The Righteous Rebels release new single, “Chasing Cars”, a very different take on the original noughts classic from Snow Patrol, out on Foxtone Records, June 23. Produced by the bands guitarist Joseph E-Shine, the track is introduced with a melodic 50’s style arpeggio guitar line before the band gently kicks into gear allowing vocalist Keren Botaro, to whisk you away. Anchored down by drummer Yotam Weiss, and bass player/audio engineer Fox Fagan, who also gives the song its powerful dynamic mix. The track crescendos into a lush retro sounding R&B rock track with wailing hammond organs, and backing vocals the Bad Seeds might be proud of.
